Things to consider when finding a rebounder:

The most common question is always:
“Should I get a rebounder made with springs or made with bungees?”
At the end of the day, the choice is yours! Any type of rebounder will work for our rebounding workouts. That being said however, bungees absorb more of the impact making it easier on the joints. The equipment itself is also a lot quieter when you opt for the bungee rebounders and for this reason, we tend to prefer bungees over springs.

There are several different sizes of rebounders. Any size works for the Bounce N’ Burn Program however, it all comes down to personal preference, how much workout space you have, if you need to bring it places, storage, etc.
I started my rebounding journey with a 40” rebounder, and I now use a 48” rebounder. In my opinion, the more space the better!

Some rebounders offer a firmer bounce than others. Some prefer this while others prefer a softer bounce to allow for an easier on the joint experience.
Many suppliers offer the option to purchase other bungees/springs to alter the type of bounce quality you are receiving.
At the end of the day, it all comes down to personal preference as any rebounder will be suitable for our online rebounding workouts.

One of the most common reasons people tend to start a rebounding journey is to achieve the weight loss benefits that it provides (read more about the benefits on our home page).
That being said, don’t be nervous that a rebounder won’t hold your weight! Simply find a rebounder that has a weight capacity suitable for you.
There are rebounders that hold up to 450 lbs!

Some rebounders have stability bars whereas others don’t.
Some suppliers have rebounders where a stability bar can be added and removed.
Some rebounders fold up for easy storage.
Each rebounder has it’s own unique set of features therefore, it’s super important to consider all of your options when looking for the one most suitable for you and the classes you’ll be taking!

You’ll notice when searching for a rebounder, that the prices may vary significantly. This is because some suppliers are more reputable than others making their equipment more durable and longer lasting.
There are plenty of affordable rebounders that are suitable for beginners however, if you are looking for longer lasting equipment, I would encourage you to spend what is necessary for a rebounder made by a more reputable supplier.
