    The workouts have been great for my busy life so far. I’m a mom of two little girls and i’ve found the time to incorporate a 15-20 minute workout four times over the last week. I am proud of myself as I feel like this is something I can actually stick with! The times of the workouts are completely do-able for busy people. I wanted to add that for people who say they can’t bounce on a trampoline due to bladder issues, my recommendation would be to bounce in the morning before you’ve had any fluids. This has worked tremendously for me, as my youngest is only 11 months old.
