Founder and Program Director
In my late teens, I was permanently sidelined from the sport of gymnastics due to a back injury. Not being able to lift weights, run or do high-intensity exercise was very difficult to overcome because I was used to training 15-20 hours per week. For several years I struggled with health and fitness until I discovered rebounding and learned that fitness can be easy on my body, time efficient and fun. Since that day, I’ve been devoted to helping others come to the same realization.
I am committed to helping each and every one of my clients accomplish their goals. Your fitness journey doesn’t need to be dreadful and I’m here to help.
